Global Guide Holidays – Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the services provided by Global Guide Holidays, a travel agency registered in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. By booking any travel services or products with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Bookings and Payments

To make a booking, you must provide all information requested by us or our authorized travel agents. You must pay a deposit of 50% of the total booking value within 3 days of making the booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure. If you book within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

  1. Prices and Surcharges

The prices quoted are subject to change until paid in full due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in transportation costs, fuel prices, taxes, rates of exchange etc. We reserve the right to impose surcharges up to 30 days before departure. If any surcharge results in an increase of more than 10% of the holiday price, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of notification without penalty.

  1. Cancellation by You

Should you need to cancel your booking, fees will apply as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 25% of total booking cost
  • Cancellation between 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total booking cost
  1. Changes and Cancellation by Us

We make every effort to provide you with the travel arrangements you have booked. However, we may need to make changes or cancel due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to change or cancel your booking in any circumstances. If we make a major change, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you do not accept the major change, you can either choose a refund of monies paid or accept an alternative holiday offered. If we cancel your holiday, you can choose a refund or accept an alternative holiday. We are not responsible for compensation beyond refunding amounts paid.

  1. Travel Insurance

You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for your trip. We are not liable for any losses or damages that could have been covered by insurance.

  1. Liability

We contract with a network of hotels, transportation providers and other travel suppliers to create travel packages. We act only as an agent and are not liable for any act, default, injury, loss, damage, expense, delay or irregularity caused by suppliers. Our liability is limited to refunding amounts paid to us, excluding insurance premiums and fees.

  1. Customer Responsibility

You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity and all required visas. You are responsible for checking entry requirements and health precautions. We accept no liability for any refused entry or health problems resulting from failure to meet requirements.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts in Manali, Himachal Pradesh.
